When will my order ship?

In-stock orders ship within 3-5 business days, up to 7 on drop days. Pre-orders ship in the window shown on the product page. You get an email with your tracking number the moment your order ships.

My tracking hasn't updated.

The first update can take up to 5 business days after shipping. That's normal. If nothing moves for 10 business days, email us.

Can I change my address?

Yes, until your order ships. Email us right away with your order number and the new address.

No shipping email?

Check your spam folder and search for STOCKWERK. Still nothing? Email us with your order number.
